At Robin's Jean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury denim purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
